The Company was incorporated
in Hong Kong as a public limited company and its shares are
listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1973.
The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries
are leasing of the 70% - owned cruise, the investment and
development of the VIP gaming room intermediary business in
Macua, the manufacturing and trading of electrical equipment,
the provision of electrical engineering and contracting services,
the trading of listed securities and property investments.
